Wrap in a pan. 2. Combine and mix spinach, eggs, tomato, spinach, cottage cheese and feta. 3. Top with cheddar and Parmesan. 4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 20 mins. Pro tip: prep the veggies earlier in the day to make it go even quicker! 🥦🫛🌶️ ✨Sesame Chicken & Veggies✨ * 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces * chopped veggies (I used broccoli, red pepper, snow peas & zucchini) * 1/4 cup soy sauce * 3 Tbsp sweet chili sauce * 2 Tbsp honey * 3 cloves garlic * 1 tsp fresh ginger * Salt and pepper, to taste * Optional toppings: sesame seeds and green onions Spread chicken and chopped veggies on a baking sheet. Combine sauce ingredients and drizzle over chicken/veggies. Mix until coated. Bake at 400° F for 20 minutes (until chicken is cooked and veggies are tender). Serve with rice or quinoa.
