Summertime dressing for me is a balance between staying cool and avoiding a sunburn. Even in the summer heat, I’ll sometimes wear full-coverage pieces like this long-sleeved top and cropped pant. But I’ll look for full-coverage pieces in breezy lightweight fabrics like linen, cotton, and muslin. And I’ll opt for lighter colors too since they reflect the sun and heat instead of absorbing them.
