Substitutes for a Low-Fodmap diet!
Some people choose to follow a low FODMAP diet often as a result of digestive issues 🙇🏻‍♀️ (like IBS, SIBO, & IBD) and general gastrointestinal discomfort. 〰️ A low FODMAP diet 🍳🥔 is often used as an elimination and reintroduction protocol, with a goal to identify specific trigger foods.
