Did someone say bone 🦴 broth hot chocolate 🍫☕️? This bone broth cocoa is a rich and chocolatey treat packed with gut-friendly bone broth, collagen, and 24g of protein! It’s a perfect treat if you’re also feeling under the weather 🤧, as it’s packed with immune-boosting nutrients!

Ingredients:
+ 1 cup bone broth
+ 1 cup flax milk
+ 1 scoop collagen

+ 1 tsp 🥄 vanilla extract
+ 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Ingredients:
* 3 medium red potatoes 🥔, sliced
* 2 tablespoons olive 🫒 oil
* ½ red onion 🧅 
* 3-4 chicken sausages, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
* 1 cup @oldworldfoods sauerkraut
* 1/4 teaspoon pepper
* 2 cups 🥬 

Directions:
In a large skillet, saute the potatoes in oil until lightly browned, 5-6 minutes. Stir in the onion; saute until tender, 3-4 minutes. Add the sausage, sauerkraut, kale, and pepper. Cook, uncovered, over medium heat! For even more fun or if you’re looking for a lunch sandwich, add the mixture to some gluten free toast, & enjoy!

It’s gluten, dairy, & sugar-free, and topped with a beautiful Manuka Honey 🍯 Glaze from Wedderspoon Manuka Honey! Ingredients: * 3/4 cups gluten free flour * 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon * 1 teaspoon ground ginger * 1/2 teaspoon baking soda * 1/4 cup baking soda * 1/2 tsp salt * 1/4 cup melted dairy-free butter 🧈 * 1 egg 🥚yolk * 1/2 cup monkfruit sweetener * 2 tablespoons Wedderspoon Manuka honey (code wellnstrong for a discount!) * 1 tablespoon vanilla extract * 2/3 cup pumpkin puree Directions: 👉🏼 Preheat the oven to 350.
