40min · 4 servings Ingredients • 1 cup sabut masoor dal • 2) 2 cups of water • 3) 1 tomato roughly chopped • 4) 3 tbsp ghee(2 tbsp for tadka and 1 tbsp before serving) • 5) 1 tsp cumin seeds • 6) 5-6 black peppercorns • 7) 3-4 cloves • 8) 1 dried red chilli • 9) 1 bay leaf • 10) 7-8 curry leaves • 11) pinch of hing • 12) 1 tbsp finely chopped ginger • 13) 2 tbsp finely chopped garlic • 14) 1 tbsp finely chopped green chillies • 15) 1 medium size onion finely chopped • 16) spices- salt acc to taste ( add in parts some while cooking the dal and some with the tadka) 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp corriander powder, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala. • 17) 1/2 cup hot water • 18) juice of 1 lemon 19) fresh corriander for garnish Instructions: 1)

Spicy garlic butter shrimp/prawns ✨ Recipe 👇#breakthespice INGREDIENTS • 200g/0.5 lb shrimp/prawns • 1/4 tsp salt • 1/4 tsp white/black pepper • 1 tsp paprika powder (or mild chilli powder) • 1 tsp red chilli flakes • 1 tbsp butter • 1 tsp lemon juice (or more depending on taste) • 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil Parsley/cilantro/coriander METHOD: • 1.
