Cotton swabs are usually packaged in cylindrical plastic containers, but we have adopted a paper package that is familiar to Japanese people, and are conscious of the fact that it is made in Japan. The two circles in the main visual represent “Wa” (harmony), which represents the transmission of technology, and “Kan” (circle), which represents harmony with everything that surrounds us.
irogami
Renewal design of the packaging for irogami, the third brand of grater manufacturer established in 1907. Since the company is also expanding overseas market, hooks are a must. We tried to make it not look cheap and focused on the holes for jigs that had to be drilled in the product. Taking advantage of the shape of the holes, we adopted the shape of it as a window for checking a product color.
artesinsa
The Dewy Fit Tint design combines minimalism with artistic flair, making it feel like more than just a cosmetic product—it's a work of art. The stone-cut textures and architectural structure lend the product a sense of sculptural beauty and refined balance, reminiscent of a collectible object. This design breaks away from traditional tint stereotypes, offering a fresh sensory experience that delights users visually.
kusawake
It is neither the brand name nor the logo that speaks of the true value of Kusawake. We believe that it is the flavor, aroma, and color that speaks for itself. We have eliminated the previous sticker labels that covered the bottles. By printing only the product name and ingredients directly on the clear glass bottle, the beautiful color of the liquid itself becomes the product name and label.
omisonomori
The name of the item is a simple “number” to express our desire for you to taste the miso itself in its purest form. To convey the concept of miso from naturally brewed miso breweries around Japan in an easy-to-understand manner, the cup is made to look like a wooden barrel from a miso brewery, and the OMISO logo is prominently branded on the cup.
plow
PLOW runs a distillery and a farm in Goka-cho, Ibaraki Prefecture. In order to express the concept of “an alcoholic beverage made by hand, inspired by nature, while feeling the touch of the earth,” we chose this organic form for the craft gin bottle, which seems to blend in with the natural world.
AOMORI JUICY LAB
A new concept in fruit wine created by HACHINOHE SHUZO Co., Ltd. It is rare to have three bottles of this sake on store shelves at the same time, and the sake is produced in relay according to the fruit harvest. Using motifs of typical Aomori fruits such as peaches, pears, and apples, we created a subtle hint in illustration of what’s the next fruit to be released.
