Coffee and Cream Wafers Dessert with Chocolate and Almond Topping
Dissolve one teaspoon of instant coffee powder in one-third of a cup of boiling water and place it in the refrigerator until it is completely cold. In a large bowl, mix 250 grams of mascarpone cheese or cream cheese with 400 grams of cold whipped cream and 200 milliliters of condensed milk. Once the mixture is smooth, gradually add the cooled coffee and finally, gently fold in 150 grams of chocolate chips. Line a rectangular mold with plastic wrap. Layer the cream mixture and wafers in four stages, covering the last layer with wafers. Cover tightly with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for one day. Fifteen minutes before serving, remove from the freezer and decorate with melted chocolate and toasted almonds.
