DIY Standing Dog Gate! Why spend 120$ when you can spend 25$? All you need is: 2x2' panels of lattice, two 1x4s (cut to 2') per panel, 1 1/2" nails, 2 hinges per joint, and gorilla glue (or a drill). I made two pieces, versus one long one with 4 panels, for my 63" opening so I can split them up and use them elsewhere if needed. 3 panels would be large and stable enough for most archways. Sanding is suggested to avoid splinters. The gate can easily be painted or stained to fit right in!
Fall Button Trees
These fall button tree quiet boxes are great for preschoolers. Perfect for counting, sorting, and strengthening fine motor skills too!
Fall Tree Craft For Preschoolers
This alphabet activity for preschoolers is a perfect fall craft or decoration, too! It's easy to differentiate for toddlers, too. Matching alphabet 'leaves' on a tree works on letter recognition and upper to lowercase letter discrimination, both of which are important early literacy skills! Be sure to add this one to your fall activities for preschool.
