Purchase of a repeat pattern from CWM Illustrations will grant you a license to reproduce the design only by printing onto fabric and distributing or selling copies of fabric containing the design but the design remains the sole and exclusive property of @CWMillustrations and the artist Charlotte Windsor-Marvell. By purchasing you are not granted the license to modify the design without requesting consent to do so. Ownership of the design remains with CWM Illustrations. All of the elements within each design are subject to re-use or reformation within future pattern design. Colours will differ with each screen. Colours may also appear different depending on which printers you use. CWM Illustrations is not responsible for colours appearing differently once printed. This can be very common and we strongly recommend getting a sample printed first. Refunds will not be issued if you are unhappy with how the colour has been printed due to this, but we are more than happy to tweak it if wanted. CWM Illustrations is not responsible for any printing errors. If the purchaser breached any T&C's CWM Illustrations has the right to withdraw the design immediately without a refund.
