It is 14.5 mm wide or just over 1/2 inch and made with solid 18 gauge sterling silver. IMPORTANT:For sizing, measure your wrist at the narrowest part (usually between your wrist bone bump and your hand) I will figure out the bracelet from there. Do not add anything to that measurement. If you like your cuffs snug or loose to push up, you can leave that information in the notes to seller. Additionally, if you have a cuff that fits you perfectly, you can measure the inside circumference including the opening and tell me how wide the opening is. I have shaped this in an oval so it will be comfortable to wear and minimize it turning on your wrist. A bracelet in size 7 made with solid 18 gauge sterling silver weighs about .8 ounces.
