- 1kg rolled noodles
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 2 tsp yellow curry paste
- 2 tbsp tamari
- 1 clove garlic
- 6 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil or choice of oil
optional garnishes:
- spring onion, chopped
- chilli, sliced
- toasted sesame seeds
1. Heat sesame oil or choice of oil in a pan over medium to high heat. Add the chopped rolled noodles and sauté for 5, or until beginning to brown.
2. Add the diced garlic and sauté for a further 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat.
3. To a jar, add the peanut butter, curry paste, tamari and water. Season with salt and pepper, seal the lid and shake or stir until well combined. Peanut sauce should be thick but pourable.
