This Portrait necklace is entirely handmade. The pendant is made from polymer clay and can be made in any shape or color. The beads are chosen from my vast collection and I will send you different combinations for you to choose from to compliment and enhance your portrait. The necklace in the photo was made with lapis beads, crystals, garnet beads, amethyst and gold plated beads. I use whatever beads I think look best which is usually a mix of semi-precious and other various beads. I also will incorporate any special requests regarding color. The necklace will not be strung without your approval every step of the way. This is an easy process where I will send you different photos to choose which bead combos you like the best. This does not take long and is not complicated. The portrait is transferred to white clay and embellished with various mediums such as glitter, iridescent, and color change paints. When finished it is sealed with crystal clear Jewelers resin. The necklace will be 18" and can be fitted with an extender for an additional fee or made longer. You will have your choice of gold plated or silver findings. This is a very collaborative process. I will work passionately to get your loved ones image just right and to create a beautiful memorial necklace that will bring joy and beauty for a lifetime. I look forward to working with you!
