This set of 12 "question of the day" questions will help you to get to know your students, and it will help your students get to know each other at the beginning of the year. You simply place one question, per day, in a pocket chart. Students place a name card (provided by you) into the pocket chart answering the question. You can then use this pocket chart to lead a discussion around the question. This is also a great opportunity to practice name recognition as they are placing their name in the pocket chart.
