🥣Ingredients:
🍜For the Potato Noodles
500g Russet potatoes
3 cups potato starch
1/2 cup warm water
1/2 tsp salt
🍶For the Sauce
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 stalk green onion, sliced
2 tbsp regular soy sauce
2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
2 tbsp gochugaru
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oil (for pouring over the sauce)
📝Steps:
1. Boil the potatoes until soft, mash them, and combine with the rest of the ingredients to form a dough.
2. Roll the dough into thick noodle-like shapes.
3. Bring a pot of water to a boil, add the potato noodles, and cook until they float.
Drain and set aside.
4. To make the sauce, combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Pour hot oil over the mixture and stir well.
5. Toss the cooked potato noodles in the sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds and extra green onion.
