Ingredients:
• 8 small potatoes, peeled
• Oil, for frying
• Ketchup
• Mustard
• Mayonnaise
Instructions:
• Cut the peeled potatoes into long rectangles. Cut vertical slices halfway through on one side.
• On the other side, cut diagonal slices halfway through.
• Place the potatoes into a bowl of water to rinse.
• Remove from the water and drain them, then place on skewers.
• Heat oil to 350 degrees. Fry potatoes until golden brown. Serve with dipping sauces.
