Salsa Borracha - Drunken Salsa | Mexican Salsa / Dip Recipe

Ingredients • 1 tbsp oil • 4 tomatoes • 7 serranos (or less for less spice) • 1 onion, half blended half chopped at the end • 4 garlic cloves • 5 Arbol Chiles • 1 can beer, I used Modelo (1/2 to blend , 1/2 to top) • 1 tbsp salt • Juice of 1 lime • 1/4 cup cilantro (add for topping) Credits to @freddsters
