ELA rubric for Special Education

This product is a rubric for ELA. I created this rubric based on 4 different levels (Proficient - Beginner). When I created each level, I included level of independence and level of accuracy. This ELA rubric is based on 3 different areas: writing, speaking & listening, and reading for information.
