New year - new me, right? Well, I believe more in taking small steps to self improvement every day, but January is the perfect time fo you to start doing them, if you have not yet. It is not too late, if you ask me today is the perfect day to start, I like to take a week off in January and really kickstart it on the first working Monday of the year. I have had so much rest and time to plan out this year, so I wanted to share it with you, to hopefully help you with some habits.
