NATURE’S MOZZARELLA STICKS (dairy-free!)♥️
You need:
2 cans hearts of palm, drained
1/4 cup vegan egg I used JUST egg
1 cup breadcrumbs
Season with: salt pepper garlic powder oregano
Olive oil spray
Dipping: warmed marinara sauce
How to:
1. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Preheat oven or air fryer to 400 F. Dip hearts of Palm into egg then roll in breadcrumbs.
2. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, oregano then spray with oil.
3. I recommend air frying but you can also bake for 20 min or until golden brown!
4. Dip in marinara sauce and enjoy!!
