One of southeast Michigan’s summer must-dos is visiting the peony garden at Nichols Arboretum in Ann Arbor. The peonies bloom each Memorial Day through early to mid June. You only need an hour to explore the gardens. Entry to the gardens is free, but you’ll have to pay to park on the street or in the lot nearby. Make sure to bring your camera, and you could even dress up to take outfit photos or family pictures.
