GREEN HARISSA HUMMUS PLATES
I probably eat hummus (houmous, humus - take your pick) every single day. This is my favourite hummus ever, topped with roasted cauliflower and potatoes (both perfectly in season right now) and drizzled with a life-changing green harissa. If you are lucky, you may have some green harissa left over, which you’ll probably just want to eat with a spoon, but it is also amazing in a good sandwich, or as a salad dressing.
