Women Glute Exercises
1️⃣ Smith Good Morning into Squat - 10 reps x 3 (40kg) 2️⃣ SUPERSET x 3 ~ 1 & 1/2 rep Hip Thrusts x 8 reps (120kg) ~ Banded Abductions x 20 reps 3️⃣ Cable RDL - 10 reps x 3 (80kg) I’ve used ramps here just to get better form and stability when using heavy weight. 4️⃣ DB Bulgarian Split Squat into RDL - 8 reps per side x 3 (12.5kg each) You’ll hate me after these so I’ll say this now… your butt will thank you 🤝🏻 5️⃣ DB Glute Biased Back Ext - AMRAP x 3 (12.5kg) by (@kimfrench87)
