They are vegan, gluten free, and packed full of healthy fats and protein to keep you full! You can also sub in greek yogurt instead of coconut yogurt to make them even higher in protein! Ingredients • 2/3 cup THICK coconut yogurt (or greek yogurt) • 6 tbsp protein powder (I used cookie dough protein from Macro Mike.
