Strawberry Pancake Parfaits 🍓🥞 Perfect idea for a Father’s Day brunch, 4th of July, and/or any kind of summer party! My favorite thing about making these is the fact that there isn’t much prep or mess involved. Dicing the strawberries is really the only thing that you will need to prep & clean up!! These cups with lids are linked in my LTK along with a few other things. I did link the mini pancakes incase you are like me, and like to have food delivered from time to time! Also my shirt is fun for the 4th, shaped in the american flag with little bows! Happy Wednesday!!

Beachpail Cocktail 🌸🍹 Not only do these taste amazing, but they look adorable, and are so great for summer parties on a hot day! 😎 I am using regular ice cubes but I have seen these done with re useable ice cubes. I’d actually recommend those vs. regular ice cubes (especially when it’s hot out) so that you don’t get a ton of melted ice in your drink! Recipe : Ice Cubes (regular or re useable) 1/2 - 3/4 cups Malibu Rum 1/4 C Fruit flavored Vodka (I am using raspberry Smirnoff) 12 oz Sprite 1/2 C Fruit Punch 1/2 C Lemonade Seltzer (I am using @vizzyhardseltzer ) Garnish with Fresh or Frozen tropical fruit! Summer Fruit Board
Like I said, I love a cute fruit board for summertime! 🍉🍍🍓 You can also save this idea to serve for Memorial Day, and/or the 4th of July! Plus, almost anybody & everybody loves fruit! For the watermelon flower, I used a flower shaped cookie cutter, then poked a toothpick into the center to secure the blueberry! Easy, easy, and looks super cute!
