🏃‍♂️😩Have pain at your heel and Achilles tendon after running or jumping? Let's go over a few things that can help. ---- 🔑Before you dive in 1 important thing to note about Achilles Tendon pain.... LOCATION —- ➡️If you have pain at the BASE of the tendon near the heel... don't stretch it too much. Insertional tendinopathy can be aggravated by ankle stretching. —- ➡️If it is towards the middle/upper part of the tendon, this type will be more tolerant of stretching. —— ✅OK... so now that you know the difference, let's get to work on these 3 movements! --- 📢Find this helpful?
