These Zones of Regulation activities and strategies are beneficial to kids struggling with self-regulation and emotional control through coping strategies.

I've created this product to run along with the Zones of Regulations, making tools individually accessible for my students to use in each of the 4 zones. Each of my kiddos have popped their name on a booklet and use the visuals to remind themselves of the positive behaviour needed, with supports and tools if they find themselves wandering out.
