An entry for this months CDC on the theme of Alice in Wonderland. I went for the March Hare because I’m not letting my many years of hare drawing practice go to waste. The marble texture on the waistcoat is placeholder until I can make my own marbled paper. You can find the texture here. I really like the idea of using marble paper as a fabric texture. The March Hare is a fictional character from the novel, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland and its sequel Through the Looking-Glass, and What Alice Found There by Lewis Carroll. As Alice and the Mad Hatter are the only other individuals to appear in both books, he can be considered a principal character.
