Here's another card for Hero Arts one-layer challenge. I wanted to do the Velveteen Stamping technique again, and I think this may be my most successful try at it. Basically you stamp an underlying pattern on the card in white ink, and then overstamp solid images in colors, and if all the planets align, the first pattern shows through the top ones, creating a fun design! I was browsing FB last night & saw that someone made a card using a napkin & embossing folder. I loved it & said I can do that too. I die cut a balloon onto a post it note & sponged on today's colors. I used Blushing Bride instead of Petal Pink, which I don't have.
