Sihanoukville - say "san-hoe-ville" is Cambodia's beach coast. We visited almost a decade ago and I've heard comments that it's not worth it now, however a beach is always amazing after a few weeks overlanding. Would I recommend it? Yes - you can still have a great stay but its likely to be way more upmarket now than the tiny beach huts we stayed in.
