I look for the perfect acorns in the forest and then work on processing them and preparing them for dyeing. To preserve them, they are cleaned in water and baked for several hours to dry and kill the insects inside. When they are dry, I degrease the surface and apply 2-3 coats of base paint to each acorn. This listing is for a SET of 7 hanging pumpkins. The colours of these adorable hanging pumpkins are: orange, mustard, beige, latte, rusty brown, maroon and dark grey. The size of each pumpkin is approx. 8 cm wide and 8cm long ( including the stem) I cut and sew each piece by hand. This means that no two pieces can be 100% identical. Thus, I always make sure to be as precise as possible :) All pieces were designed and handmade completely by me in my home workshop.
