a hand holding a small lighter wrapped in black fabric with a red button on it

Easy way for anyone to carry cord. Just do a simple cobra braid all the way down the lighter in your pack (Or pocket if your a smoker), take care to keep the loops on the sides even while working. Then, when you get to the end, instead of a lanyard knot, just cut and burn the frays. This way if you really need the cord quickly you can slide the whole cover off, pull by the burnt end and unravel the whole thing easily! Not a bad way to carry around 3 ft of cord! (21 ft of inner twines)
