❌ Many volleyball players toss in the middle or to the left (for right handed players) causing them to serve out to the side, or loss of power in their armswing

Volleyball serve footwork is so important and key to getting your overhand serve strong and consistent! 

❌ Many players are already leaning forward when they step, causing them to lose power and momentum 

❌ Many players often take a lot of steps, causing them to be off balance when they contact the ball, or neglect shifting their momentum from back to forward 

✅ Start by leaning back on your right foot (for right handed players) and toss, step with your left foot - shifting your momentum forward

✅ As you step with your left foot, drag your right foot behind
