- 2 - 3 Tbsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder (kashmiri chilli is more flavorful than hot unlike regular chilli powder & is mainly used for the colour)

Garlic Turmeric Rice 👇🏼
- Approximately 110g Uncooked Basmati Rice (320g cooked)
- 1 Diced White Onion & 2 Tsp Turmeric
- 3 Diced Garlic Cloves
- 10g Light Butter (Brand: Nuttelex Light)
- 300ml Chicken Broth (or chicken/vegetable stock)

These taste fab & they're perfect for little hands 👐🏼 

Ingredients:
🍌1-2 bananas 
🥚1 egg
🤍1 tsp vanilla extract (optional) 
🥛5 tbsp milk 
🌾4 tbsp self-raising flour 

*coconut oil (or butter) used for cooking 🥥

- Mix the egg, vanilla, milk and flour in a bowl 
- Cut bananas in half, then in half lengthways (can leave this size) or cut lengthways once more so, essentially, you have long quarters
- Heat some coconut oil in a pan 
- Dip each piece of banana in the batter, place in pan & cook each side for a few minutes until browned & all the batter is cooked 

💡 I use the remaining batter for pancake/roll ups = no waste over here!

These soft, delicious bagels are made with just self raising flour, yoghurt and grated halloumi.

So easy to prepare, they are perfect for breakfast, brunch or lunch. Enjoy them warm from the oven/air fryer slathered with butter or toasted and sandwiched with fillings of your choice 😍.

They are particularly good filled with eggs, avocado and some chilli jam!

Recipe (makes 4):
🧀 Add 200g self raising flour to a large bowl with 100g grated halloumi, then give it a stir.
🥯 Add 175g Greek yoghurt, then mix until it forms a dough.
🧀 Shape the dough into a round, then slice into 4 evenly sized pieces.

I have had so many requests for my Christmas Entree recipes so here is the first one! The perfect dish to serve to your friends and family this festive season! 

Serves 6-10 

Prawn cocktail sauce 
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise 
- 1 tablespoon Greek yoghurt 
- 1 tablespoon ketchup 
- 1 tablespoon sriracha 
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce 
- 1 lemon, juiced 

To serve
- 1kg cooked large tiger prawns (peeled) 
- 1 bunch radish, quartered 
- 3 limes, sliced in wedges 
- 1 bunch mint 
- 1-2 avocados, mashed 
- 1 mango, cubed 
- 1 cos or butter lettuce, (leaves only, washed) 
- ½ bunch celery

1. Simply whisk all ingredients together for your cocktail sauce and place in a bowl.
