- Choose an image with high contrast.
- Roll on a thinner layer of paint.
- Use a light touch when laying down the page.
- Let sit for a few minutes.
- Let paint dry, then add more paint to pick up image.
- Matte medium makes a translucent background.
- Let paper sit until mostly dry.

Fashion and decor magazines with glossy pages have the most consistent results for me.

If you can’t get it work right away, experiment with different magazines, different acrylic paint, etc.
