✅ Hold each stretch for 60 seconds - remembering to do both sides for numbers 1, 2 and 5 and you’ll have stretched out the hamstrings, glutes, inner thighs, shoulders and side body in less than 10 minutes 😌

Tips for each!

1️⃣ Leave the hands on the floor depending on the intensity of the stretch for you. 
Use a cushion under the knee if you wish for comfort!

2️⃣ Keep your lower back and pelvis flat against the floor. Think of the opposite of a backwards roll! Move further away from the wall to achieve this if you need to.

3️⃣ Bend your knees to put your belly as close to your thighs as possible then waddle towards the wall to lean your body weight into it.
