I didn’t make a full pot in the video. 1 lb broccoli Onion, diced 1 cup carrots 16 oz shredded cheddar cheese 1 tbs minced garlic 1 tbs garlic paste 2 cups chicken broth 2 cups heavy cream 2 tbs butter 2 tbs flour Seasonings (1 tbs each): S&P, garlic powder, onion powder, chicken bouillon, & paprika. Pot Pie: Shredded chicken Puff pastry - 1 pck makes 1 individual pot pie 1 egg + 1 tbs water (egg wash) -Melt butter over medium heat. Sauté onion & carrots for 3-4 min. Add minced garlic & garlic paste. -Add flour & mix well. Add chicken broth, broccoli, heavy cream, & seasonings. Cover & cook for 15 min. Lower heat & add cheese.
