I’ve found that young players can improve by getting a “feel” or understanding of what is to be accomplished throughout a shot without a ball. That is very difficult for the majority when trying to do so with a ball or at a 10ft hoop. Anytime I see some bad habits forming in @zaymason22 we go back to this ‼️ major focus on base, balance, alignment, posture, power creation, sequence, shot line (straight shooter), the job of the shooting arm/hand, guide hand, and 3 positions of a shot. We have taught/helped shooting to thousands of players in our youth at home program.
