I usually heat the milk and let it simmer with some Mexican vanilla and cinnamon sticks and then add the chocolate to it and use a whisk to beat until it is thick and frothy. Cinnamon can be added as well :) For baby shower-I would triple or quadruple recipe then place in a crock pot.
