Credits : [ IG @wellnesswsandra ] If you are looking for a healthy vegan, gluten free and/or dairy free dessert or snack, this is your recipe! These bliss balls are the easiest thing ever and they taste amazing! Ingredients: 95g desiccated coconut 125g frozen strawberries 1 tbsp vanilla extract 3-4 tbsp maple syrup Coating: 85g dark chocolate 1 tsp coconut oil Blend desiccated coconut, strawberries, maple syrup & vanilla extract until combined. Use your hands to form into 8-10 balls. Melt chocolate with coconut oil in the microwave (60sec aprox). Coat the truffles with the chocolate. Leave in the fridge for 10 min. rollitos de canela saludables 🥨
Ingredientes: -2 plátanos -2 tazas de harina de avena -Canela a gusto -1 huevo -Endulzante a gusto -1 cdta de polvos de hornear Preparación: -primero, moler los plátanos, agregar una cdta aprox de polvos de hornear y 2 tazas de harina de avena o agregar harina hasta que quede una masa moldeable y no se pegue en las manos. Tb puedes agregar otro tipo de harina para que ayude a que no se pegue. -Luego, llevar la masa a un mesón y estirarla con un uslero hasta tener una capa no tan delgada -Despues, separar la yema y la clara de un huevo en 2 recipientes. En el recipiente de la clara agregaremos la canela a gusto y endulzante y posterior a eso se esparcirá sobre la masa que hicimos con el plátano.
