45min · 10 servings Ingredients: • Croissant rolls pressed into the bottom of your cookie sheets & bake at 375° for about 10 minutes, then pulled them out of the oven and set them aside • Bacon cooked till crispy and cut into chunks • 4 to 6 cups of shredded cheese • 2 pounds of sausage cooked, and then the meat removed from the juices 1 to 2 dozen eggs, cracked and scrambled soft Gravy Recipe: • Juices from the sausage • One cup of flour • 1 tablespoon of black pepper • 1 tablespoon of salt • 4-6 cups of milk 2 cups of heavy, whipping cream Directions: • Add flour, pepper and salt to sausage juices and stir on medium heat until it becomes a paste • then slowly add your milk, and heavy, whipping cream, and continue to cook on low until it thickens to the right consistenc
