These no-bake date bars are the perfect healthy treat! Ingredients: 15-20 Medjool dates, pitted & halved I 1 cup (240g) peanut butter I ½ cup (75g) chopped almonds I 1 cup (175g) dark chocolate chips or chunks 1 tbsp coconut oil (optional) 1️⃣ Prepare the base: Line an 8x8-inch tray with parchment paper & arrange dates cut-side down. 2️⃣ Add peanut butter & almonds: Spread peanut butter evenly over the dates & sprinkle almonds on top. 3️⃣ Make the chocolate topping: Melt chocolate (with coconut oil if using) & pour over the layers.
