This is the perfect deep core for beginners! Curious to know- what did your OB say at your 6 week check up! Resume normal activity? Any specifics on how to do so or what it meant? Starting out I find it helpful to engage your deep core & pelvic floor with each breath/rep. 3-5 sets, 30 seconds each: • side lying clams with push down R • side lying clams with push down L • glute bridge with adductor squeeze • alt leg extension with press (for modification just heel tap to floor) • bird dog push down variation R • bird dog push down variation L
