Spray furniture pads with perfume or essential oil and stick them in your drawers. 2. Deodorise your mattress every few months with bicarbonate of soda and essential oils. Leave the bicarbonate of soda on the mattress for at least 30 minutes to absorb any odours and moisture, then vacuum up. 3. Add diy scent bags in your throw cushions.
