Laminate floor that the owner couldn't get the "cloudy" look off of. A fellow Norwex consultant cleaned the left side with her EnviroCloth and water, and look at how shiny and beautiful it is without all that residue! :) Not a fun job washing on your hands and knees, but now that the yuck from her "cleaners" has been removed, she will be able to maintain it using Norwex's Floor System and just water.
