Necesitas: - 1 piña - 1 raíz de jengibre - 3 ramas de canela Cortá la cáscara y corazón de la piña. Lleválas a una olla con la raíz de jengibre cortada en trozos y las ramas de canela. Llená la olla con agua filtrada. Llevá a fuego medio hasta que hierva. Luego cubrí y dejá calentar a fuego bajo por 45 minutos. Apagá el fuego y dejá reposar 12 horas o toda la noche. Colá y guardá en la heladera por hasta 5 días. Disfrutá con hielo y limón o lima exprimida para un toque extra de nutrientes y sabor.
