Ibex are known for their remarkable climbing abilities, which they begin developing at a very young age, even as early as a day or two after birth. As infants, they practice climbing rocks and steep terrain alongside their mothers, who play a crucial role in guiding them. Throughout their lives, they continue to hone these skills, becoming more confident and skilled climbers as they mature. Ibex typically live for around 10 to 14 years in the wild.
